Burrell Kagin Law congratulates the 2025 graduating class of Empire College School of Law and is proud to be a supporter of the Scholastic Achievement Awards.
“SANTA ROSA, CA – Empire College School of Law’s 49th commencement exercises were held on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Juris Doctor degrees were conferred upon 15 graduates of the four-year evening law program. Catherine Conner, founding partner of the family law firm Conner, Lawrence, Rodney, Olhiser & Barrett, LLP delivered the commencement address. Shawn Loring, professor of Business Organizations, addressed the graduating class on behalf of the School of Law’s faculty. Dean Brian Purtill acted as master of ceremonies and Ryan Griffith, professor of Remedies, was hooder. Retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Sergeant John Carbiener, who graduated Magna Cum Laude, delivered the valedictory address.”
